From the Registrar's Office.....

 Dear Faculty:

 

Mod. 4 ends on May 6^th. MA.ATC and MCC ends on May 10^th. Final grades should be submitted within 48 hours after your final class, but no later than May 8^th at 10:00 AM for mod. 4 classes.

It is critical that grades are submitted in a timely fashion.  This time frame is extremely important for my office and Academic Affairs as we prepare for commencement. With the added restrictions and protocols needed to ensure Covid safety the deadlines must be adhered to. Please submit grades for graduating students first and by May 6^th, if possible.  You can then go back and grade underclassmen.

 

If you know of a graduate who will fail your course please contact me ASAP. The program goes to print tomorrow and we will need to pull the student from the graduation list.
