Dear Faculty:
Mod. 4 ends on May 6th. MA.ATC and MCC ends on May 10th. Final grades should be submitted within 48 hours after your final class, but no later than May 8th at 10:00 AM for mod. 4 classes.
It is critical that grades are submitted in a timely fashion. This time frame is extremely important for my office and Academic Affairs as we prepare for commencement. With the added restrictions and protocols needed to ensure Covid safety the deadlines must be adhered to. Please submit grades for graduating students first and by May 6th, if possible. You can then go back and grade underclassmen.
If you know of a graduate who will fail your course please contact me ASAP. The program goes to print tomorrow and we will need to pull the student from the graduation list.
